Tha Way It Iz (3:42) - awsome. Counter Punch (ft Guru) is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. On The Record is probably one of Big Shug’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. When listening to Bang Em’ Down, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Do Ya is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Blew our minds when we first heard Sic A Nigguz (ft Bumpy Knuckles). No Mother, No Father is perfect. This is one hell of a track. Who Got My Back - a classic song. Militant Soldiers (ft T-Wes & Singapore Cane) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Big Shug’s strong vocals come to the fore. Too Hot - This one is lively and fun. Trees is probably the highlight of the album. This song may be the most meaningful. Shuggy Diamonds - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Take It Back is worth the money. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Dirt (ft Smiley The Ghetto Child & H Stax) I just LOVE this mix! What’s Really Real is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song.
