The song feels complete. The Things I Love In You is the more seemingly obscure song on Chisel (Remastered) that bear up best to repeated listening. Star Hotel to me is the best you can get from Cold Chisel. First time I heard When The War Is Over was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.You have to get essence of the Breakfast At Sweethearts’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. My Baby - I just love it. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Yakuza Girls - A nice song. When listening to Way Down, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Forever Now is a fine track on any terms. Cheap Wine good vocals. Merry - To me, this is the best song on the Chisel (Remastered). This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Bow River is just simply stunning. Flame Trees (4:24) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Goodbye (Astrid Goodbye) - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Choir Girl - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor.
