This track is clearly meant to showcase J Dilla’s vocal abilities. Reckless Driving is the first taste of the new album. Listening to Nothing Like This you can hear that J Dilla has still amazing chemistry with band members. The $ - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Interlude is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Ruff Draft. Make’em NV is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Interlude is a medium tempo tune. This is one hell of a track. From the moment you listen to Shouts you’re hooked. Although Intro (Alternate version previously unreleased) is very melodic it is far from sad. Wild (previously unreleased) has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Take Notice (previously unreleased) sets the tone for the entire album. Shouts (Alternate version previously unreleased) marked the continuation of J Dilla in style evolution.
