There They Go (feat. Aaron Hall) - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Midwest Invasion (feat. Twista) is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Thug Nation (feat. Krayzie Bone) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I Don’t Remember (feat. Thick and Thin C.) is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through It’s Not A Game. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Stay Alive (feat. Thin C.) because the melody in the chorus is so good. Nothin’ stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Connectin’ The Plots (feat. WC) is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. A fantastic track full of wonder. Way Too Many (feat. The Outlawz, Stew Deez) was the first single release from the album It’s Not A Game. From the moment you listen to Thugged Out (feat. Thin C., DJ Dre Ghost) you’re hooked. 2 Step great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Album opener She Came Ta Party (feat. Thin C., DJ Dre Ghost) is a bright, upbeat ditty. Do You Want Me is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. It’s On (feat. M.T.F.) is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Strong, powerful vocals of Layzie Bone in Smokin’ On Information (feat. M.T.F., Snoop Dogg, Joe Little) are very impressive. Run Game (feat. Dogzilla, Stew Deez) still maintains something of a specific flourish. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Layzie Bone. Outro is simple, dignified and effective, Layzie Bone refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more.
