Animal Nitrate is another favourite of mine. She’s Not Dead is simple, dignified and effective, London Suede refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. When I listen to Moving in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Suede. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. From the moment you listen to Sleeping Pills you’re hooked. I loved Breakdown the first time I heard it. Metal Mickey is the album’s biggest hit, I think. This track is full of harmonies and gets Suede off to a relaxing start. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Next Life.
