This is probably my favorite song on the album. Once Something Stupid gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Did You Ever the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Within the first few notes of Summer Wine it’s perfectly clear that Nancy Sinatra is living this song. You Only Live Twice is a medium tempo tune. The Greatest Hits couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Jackson. Son Of A Preacher Man is the album’s biggest hit, I think. This track is clearly meant to showcase Nancy Sinatra’s vocal abilities. The sound of How Does That Grab You, Darling is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Fridays Child - My least favorite song on this album. Some Velvet Morning is another favourite of mine. Elusive Dreams was the first single release from the album The Greatest Hits. Vocals of Nancy Sinatra in You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Storybook Children is worth the money. Best song on the album, love it. Tony Rome is pretty funky and mellow. Sugar Town - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Lady Bird is a fine track on any terms. Although Light My Fire is very melodic it is far from sad.
