I like to sing along with The Battle of the Somme, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. The River Kwai March is worth the money. MacGregor’s March is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Scotland The Brave. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think On The Square March is my favorite song on Scotland The Brave. Wee MacGregor is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Hanover House is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Moray Firth is just simply stunning. The Gerl I Left Behind Me - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Swing Of The Kilt is beautiful, yet underrated track. Piboch is a striking and quite long song. Pipe Medley No. 1 - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Such hits like Pipe Medley No. 2 will leave you hooked. My Home In The Green Hills is a medium tempo tune. Route March is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. H. M. Jollies is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Scotland The Brave ever produced. Scotland The Brave must have run out of lyrics on the next track Reveille. The song Retreat Set ending is my favorite… so catchy! |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Regimental March is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. National Emblem make listening to Scotland The Brave like being in some sort of time warp.
