It’s such an underrated song. Monsters stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Owner’s Lament is really a nice song to relax and listen too. She Said one is one of the better boring ones. Mess is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Crazy Dan actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Scratch Acid’s face. Eyeball - another great track from the The Greatest Gift album. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Unlike a Baptist (2:32) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Damned for All Time is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Ain’t That Love? - a classic song. A fantastic track full of wonder. Album opener Holes is a bright, upbeat ditty. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Greatest Gift is Albino Slug. Scratch Acid must have run out of lyrics on the next track Split a Kiss. Amicus - A classic Scratch Acid track. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on The Greatest Gift. Mary Had a Little Drug Problem - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Strong, powerful vocals of Scratch Acid in Mary Had a Little Drug Problem are very impressive. For Crying Out Loud is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Moron’s Moron (3:13) a good melody. This track is a great song that still never gets old. This song may be the most meaningful. Blew our minds when we first heard Flying Houses. Scale Song can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Scratch Acid is all about.
