I listened to the opening track Cumbersome and liked it a lot. The song feels complete. Best song on the album, love it. My My is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Lame is one of the more up-tempo songs on American Standard. Headstrong - Okay, I just talked about depth. I loved Anything the first time I heard it. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Punch In and Out is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Favorite Dog stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty.
