Opening track You Were Always the One shows the best of The Cribs. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. You have to get essence of the You & I’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Cribs is What About Me. Simple and heartfelt closing track |title closes The Cribs on a high note. Tri’elle (2:41) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Musically Baby Don’t Sweat is superior to other tracks in The Cribs. Direction is the more seemingly obscure song on The Cribs that bear up best to repeated listening. Once Third Outing gets in your head, it will NEVER leave.
